TWO LIMITS. DIFFERENT PURPOSES.

Hours set the capacity.
Requests set the pace.

Your monthly hours cover the work across your queue. The active-request limit tells you how many agreed tasks can move forward at once.

  • Builds, fixes, maintenance, and reviews use the same hours
  • Your agency sets the order of the work
  • More active requests do not multiply the hour allowance

Delivery dates depend on the task, access, dependencies, and feedback. We estimate the work and agree on milestones before starting.

MAKE THE HOURS WORK FOR YOU

A clear plan for
the work ahead.

A useful monthly plan starts with a realistic queue. We help your team connect priorities with the capacity available.

01

Start with the actual work.

Share your briefs, sites, deadlines, and the type of functionality needed. We check the scope and estimate effort before recommending a plan.

02

Put priorities in order.

Decide what should move first and who will review it. We flag tasks that need more investigation, access, or capacity before expanding the work.

03

Plan the next cycle.

Review completed work and upcoming requests together. Unused hours do not roll over, so prepare the next briefs and approvals before they become blockers.

Confirm before we begin.

Hosting, paid plugins, and third-party subscriptions are separate. We also agree on billing terms, support coverage, and any plan changes before work starts.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before you
choose a plan.

Need to talk through your workload?

Ask us
How much work can we complete in a month?

It depends on the scope, the existing site, and the feedback needed. We estimate the work before agreeing on priorities and a delivery schedule. Monthly hours are a capacity allowance, not a fixed number of completed websites. A larger build can span several months.

What counts as an active request?

An active request is an agreed task or piece of work currently in progress. The limit controls how many requests can move forward at the same time. Those requests share the plan’s monthly hours. We agree on how to divide larger projects and handle work awaiting feedback during onboarding.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Unused hours do not carry into the next month under the proposed plans. We review the queue with your team so upcoming work, approvals, and dependencies can be planned around the available capacity.

What if we need more hours or a different plan?

We review the remaining work and help you decide what to prioritize, move to a later cycle, or cover with a revised plan. Additional capacity, any price changes, and their timing need to be agreed before extra work starts.

Can we start with one project or use a plan across sites?

Yes. You can start with one website or feature, or agree on a queue across client sites. The work still needs to fit the plan’s service scope, total hours, and active-request limit. Share the sites and deadlines so we can recommend the right starting capacity.

How do billing, pausing, and cancellation work?

The prices shown are in USD per month. Billing dates, payment terms, any applicable taxes, and the terms for pausing or cancelling are confirmed in the agreement before work starts. Choosing a plan here opens an enquiry; it does not create a subscription or take a payment.
