WHEN THE LINES OVERLAP

Start with what
needs to change.

The same part of a site can need different kinds of work. These examples help you find the most useful starting point.

The initial review confirms the scope. A fix that reveals a larger rebuild is discussed with your team before the work expands.

ONE PROJECT, CONNECTED WORK

Some projects
need all three.

A client’s new website might also need a CRM integration and a plan for looking after it. We separate the deliverables, agree on the order, and coordinate the work with your team.

You can start with one service and add another when it’s needed. Each addition has its own scope and capacity estimate.

WHICHEVER SERVICE YOU NEED

Clear from the brief
to the handover.

You stay close to the decisions. We agree on the work, keep review points visible, and make the result ready for your agency to deliver.

  1. Share the need.

Send the brief, site URL, or a few examples. Tell us what matters most and any target dates.

  2. Agree on the scope.

We review the setup, define deliverables and checks, and estimate the work before recommending capacity.

  3. Build and review.

Work moves through agreed priorities. Your team reviews progress and consolidates client feedback.

  4. Approve and hand over.

We confirm the files, guidance, and release responsibilities, then agree on any ongoing support.

Browse all FAQs
Do we need to choose a service before contacting you?

No. Tell us what you want to achieve or what is getting in the way. We’ll review the request and recommend the work it needs. You can start with a site URL and a short description; a technical specification is not required.

Can you take over a site another developer built?

Yes, after reviewing the theme, plugins, hosting, and any custom code. That review helps us identify dependencies, access requirements, and the safest approach. We confirm the scope before committing to a fix, feature, or maintenance schedule.

Are design, content, and hosting included?

Website development starts from an agreed design and content direction. New design work, copywriting, and large migrations need their own scope. Hosting, paid licenses, and third-party subscriptions are separate from development capacity.

Will you work directly with our clients?

The work is delivered under your agency’s brand. Your team leads the client relationship and consolidates feedback. If a project needs direct client involvement, we agree on that arrangement and the communication process with you first.

Is ongoing support included after a build?

A build does not automatically include ongoing maintenance. We agree on any post-launch coverage, support hours, priorities, and response expectations as part of the handover. You can include ongoing care in your agency’s planned capacity.
